Facilities

Valuables can be left at the front desk. If the front desk is closed, you may leave them with the instructors on the pool deck.

 

Term Fees

    •    Water Babies: $174.50 per child, per term.

For alternative payment arrangements, please contact us via email.

    •    Normal Classes: $194.50 per term.

Fees

Swimskool Academy operates on a 10 week schedule that follows the SA school terms.

 

Swimming Caps

A latex swimming cap must be worn in the pool. Caps are provided at no additional cost.

 

Water Babies Program

The Water Babies program also runs on a 10 week schedule following SA school terms.

Parents are required to accompany their child in the pool during lessons.

 

Notified Absences

If your child is unable to attend a lesson, you must notify Swimstar Academy prior to the lesson’s start time. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the lesson.

 

Missed Lesson Policy

Make up lessons are only available for special circumstances such as bereavement or illness. Please note, make-up lessons cannot be arranged for reasons such as birthdays or holidays.

 

Make up lessons must be scheduled within the same term, at a mutually agreed upon time. Although we strive to accommodate missed lessons, make-up sessions are not guaranteed.

 

Staff

Our instructors are AUSWIM certified and participate in continuous in-service training. Some instructors hold special qualifications in areas such as Disability, Infant Aquatics, and Competitive Strokes.

 

Term Fees Payment

Term fees must be paid on or before the first lesson of each term. If you require a special payment arrangement, please visit the office on the first day of your child’s lesson.

 

Member Privacy

All information provided on the enrolment form is kept confidential and protected under the Freedom of Information Act.

 

Change of Membership Details

Please notify the Swimstar Academy office of any changes to your address or contact details to ensure that our records remain accurate and confidential.

 

Regulations

Management reserves the right to suspend or expel any member who does not adhere to Swimstar Academy rules. Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the center.

 

Facilities and Safety Rules

    •    Swimstar Academy is not responsible for valuables left in the changing rooms. Valuables can be secured at the front desk.

    •    No mobile phones are allowed in the changing rooms.

    •    No running is allowed within the building.

    •    Please view your child from the observation room and refrain from entering the pool deck.

    •    Keep the observation room door clear at all times in case of an emergency.

    •    Collect your child after their lesson via the designated hallway.​
